Meet Kecia

“There are few words that can be said or expressed to convey the beauty of a young couple getting married when all things come together to memorialize such a pristine moment in time. You and your team provided the back drop for this unbelievable moment for my son and his bride. I want to personally thank you for all of the hard work and tremendous organization skills to pull off such a magical moment! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

My love affair with weddings began at an early age in the China & Crystal department at Bloomingdale’s. The patterns, the pieces, the elegance… I still get a little thrill when I think back on how enchanting it all was to my young spirit. It was my first foray into the magic of weddings and I knew I had found my passion!

With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design, I then began a career with Mikasa Tabletop. Throughout that time, I opened and managed multiple Mikasa stores, worked with engaged couples day in and day out, I helped to continually elevate Mikasa’s national bridal registry, and worked in the field designing gorgeous tablescapes for high-end home shows.

When Bloomingdale’s opened in Atlanta, I was recruited to establish and manage The Registry at both Perimeter and Lenox – a dream job! Not only did I have the privilege of helping couples style the perfect look for their new home, but I also planned and executed some of the best bridal events in Atlanta!

After taking a break to start a family, I went back to Bloomingdale’s as Customer Experience Manager where I handled service issues large and small, and pretty much had the job of fixing tricky situations and making people happy all day long!

But it wasn’t long before I accepted a position with the Atlanta Wedding Loft as Associate Director. During my time with the Loft, I worked with couples in all stages of planning, I established wonderful, lasting relationships with Atlanta’s top wedding professionals, and truly found a home in the world of Atlanta wedding planning.

Which brings us to current day, where my love for the beauty and romance of weddings, my passion for couples and their dreams, and a rich professional background continue to nourish Three Little Birds ~ a place where hopes and dreams become perfect reality with style and grace.
