When you think of the Four Seasons Atlanta, the first thing that comes to mind is luxury. Sumptuous rooms, to-die-for city views, extravagant menus, lavish ballrooms. And yes, it is certainly all of these things. But when I think of the Four Seasons, something much more important comes to mind.
The luxury I have experienced at this Midtown jewel is an abundance of friendly faces, an elegance of spirit, a warm welcome every single time, and a truly elevated level of respect and kindness. And it isn’t, of course, the marble fittings and the custom curated art that afford these riches, it’s the people.
From the moment you step into the Four Seasons lobby, the beauty and opulence take your breath away… and then the fun begins! Top level wedding specialists Nora Schlesinger and Courtney Clough are two of reasons why.
Upon arrival, these two ladies will take you by hand and make you feel like a cherished guest. The personal touches, like staff greeting you by name, hand written notes, treats and goodies along the way – trust me when I say that as a bride or groom, you will feel like the VIP of all VIPS when in the arms of this esteemed establishment.
Now let’s talk about the venue! The Ballroom and Terrace spaces are nothing less than gorgeous, with options to accommodate weddings large and small. But my favorite hidden secret is the Penthouse! Located on the Fiftieth floor, this more intimate space is elegant, sophisticated, and offers views for miles. The Four Seasons Penthouse is edgy, unexpected, and perfect for the couple who is looking for something different.
The cuisine is also something not to be overlooked! With Chef Robert Gerstenecker at the helm, you and your guests will dine on such magnificence as Medjool Dates Stuffed with Local Goat Cheese and Bacon, and Tapenade Crusted Bass for your Wedding Dinner, and Eggs Benedict with Savannah Crab for your Farewell Brunch. Not to mention the desserts…. As much care, precision and love is put into the food and service at Four Seasons as is put into every other detail.
But again, it all comes back to the people. From first impression – the valet – to the wait staff at Park 75, the revered restaurant, and Bar Margot, the beautifully appointed new lounge – every person you encounter will be friendly, happy and engaging. If I were getting married, these are the professionals I would want to surround myself with, and this is the experience I would want my family and friends to enjoy!
