THE TROLLEY BARN
For these two beautiful women, a wedding day made in heaven was well deserved. And well delivered! From the perfect, natural florals by Adaptation, to a choreographed bridal entrance turned First Dance Funk… from a miraculous menu by Endive to Nice Entertainment‘s Hans spinning out the celebration on the dance floor, these ladies did not disappoint!! Their wedding night was as fun as it was gorgeous, and I have a feeling that long after the honeymoon, the laughter in their home will never stop ringing! MARY GAY HOUSE
Laughter and love rang throughout the day at this glorious October wedding in Decatur! The historic Mary Gay House was the perfect setting for French Market Flowers to show off their creative edge with deep autumn colors and harvest appointments, while Sun in my Belly provided sumptuous seasonal cuisine. Hugs to Veronica Sitterding for her magic touch in the bride’s gorgeous look, and to Gingerspice Bakery for the wedding cake layered with chai and toffee sauce, champagne and strawberries, and carrot with chocolate… yes, every flavor was devoured in its entirety! Thank goodness Kate Thompson was on hand to capture the day so beautifully!
THE FOUNDRY AT PURITAN MILL
With a wedding this fun and relaxed, you’d never know that the bride had completed her law degree and bar exam in the weeks leading up to her big day! The amazing vendor team of Amy Osaba, Dennis Dean, Zegi and Carla Gates turned The Foundry into a gorgeous wonderland that swept Amy and Danny right off their feet with an abundance of luscious blooms, a mouth-watering menu, a sophisticated dance mix and nothing but love all night long. Ps. Yes, she passed the bar! Congrats all the way around, you two!

For these busy career women, marrying was a long time coming… All the more so did they deserve a smashing affair to celebrate their wedding day! An elegant, candlelit dinner party was the inspiration, and wow, did everyone deliver! Amanda Jewel Floral + Design created a stunningly eclectic tablescape, with equally magnificent cuisine paired with sumptuous wines by Bold. After what was probably the most meaningful wedding toast I’ve heard to date, Yvonne Monet ~ only the hottest DJ in town!! ~ had everyone on their feet! Yet the sweetest touch was the Peche Petite cake, abundant with peach, raspberry and coconut layers. Absolutely no one wanted this night to end, most especially the lovely brides!
FERNBANK MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY
The most celebratory evening in July this year wasn’t the Fourth… this momentous occasion took place at Fernbank as Jackie and Jon said I Do, then danced the night away with as much merriment as the neighboring day would have! A floral and design collaboration between Wayne English of Artistic Flowers and Bold American Design had Fernbank dressed to the Nines, while guests enjoyed cuisine by Bold catering and cake by Frosted Pumpkin. As Atlanta weddings go, this one was epic! Magically captured by Jade + Matthew Take Pictures
Can we just talk about the most radiant bride in the world? Even Cameron’s closest said she had never seen her sister as happy in her life as on her wedding day. And with good reason, as she stood beside Stephen, the love of her life, and promised forever. Beginning their day at Jackson Street Bridge for a First Look to rival any magazine cover, they proceeded to The Foundry where they were surrounded by family, friends and the lush indoor garden setting created by Amanda Jewel Floral + Design. With the ceremony accompanied by After Five String Quartet and the dance floor riveted by Ascension Band, this was truly the wedding of the summer! Beauty created by Jennifer C. Nieman, paper suite by ohMy! designs, cake by Cakes by Anna. Enchanting images by the lovely Genya O’Neall of Vue Photography. Special Treat: Cameron & Stephen’s Video Highlight
This ethereal wedding was a well-deserved weekend full of family, love and … a long-awaited marriage! Amidst intensive endeavors in law school and medical residency respectively, our beautiful bride and her dashing groom wed at The Temple, adorned to the nines by tulip, then took the party to The Estate where friends from all points of the country and globe celebrated in style! Adam Linke of The Decisive Moment captured every nuance with care, and his well-known masterful eye.
KING PLOW ARTS CENTER
For a super cool couple with chic taste and a minimalist design aesthetic, this wedding turned out to be anything but minimal! The amazing succulent and thistle bouquets by Autumn Hartman were only the start of good things to come, as Scoobie West worked his magic on the front end, and Party Nation rocked the house on the back end. In between was Scott Chester capturing each moment in it’s raw beauty with a creative eye like none other. The night ended with finger lights for all, and the bride and groom each taking a spin on the mic for true-talent performances that their guests will remember for a lifetime!
ATLANTA BOTANICAL GARDEN
Storza Woods was the perfect setting for this super-chic, ultra-romantic couple to wed… Erica was a true woodland goddess, as she approached her groom on the long Canopy Walk overlooking the stunning Water Mirror at Storza. The bride entered her ceremony to a live vocal of At Last by Sam Burchfield, after which a Wine Pouring added a special touch to the ceremony. Guests then moved to Wahoo Grill for a night of dinner and music, where gorgeous succulents by Eden Easy Beds adorned the tables, and a beautiful Geode wedding cake by Pums Sweets tied it all together. Magic captured by Jaimie Dee McGowan.

For these educators, it was a privilege and a joy to give back to them as bride and groom. Giving of themselves to others every day shows the quality of Matt and Kara’s hearts, and as they married, the whole world celebrated! Or so it seemed, with Libby Hockenberry for AJF+D setting a most luscious and colorful stage, the best of Bold cuisine on the plates, and DJ Evan Malloy spinning the beats! Not to mention Kara’s soft, romantic look created by Brushworx! Yet one of the most special treats was still to come with the presentation of their wedding album… the masterful work of Chris Jones of Sowing Clover will forever show the true beauty of these two hearts, and this day made in heaven!
CALLANWOLDE FINE ARTS CENTER
With a wedding nine years in the making, it had to be good. And boy, was it! From the moment the day started, joy and beauty filled the air! Blend Beauty Group and Grace Sim created elegant looks for Eun and her ladies, while Kerry Kesler, a friend of the bride and behind-the-scenes floral artist extraordinaire, transformed Callanwolde into a wedding wonderland! Bountiful arrangements of purples, succulents and white accents anointed the tables, and made for a stunning wedding party! Guests were treated to a gourmet dinner by Affairs to Remember, as Contagious Band laid it down on the dance floor! Exquisitely shot by Jaimie Dee McGowan.
The mood was right, the jazz was live and the guys got married! Chris & Joseph couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day! Brilliant blue and yellow florals from Candler Park contrasted with the industrial chic of Studio 887, while the upscale Southwest menu from Bold American was perfection. DJ Trey of SoulSpin Weddings then rocked the house as Chris & Jo and their closest danced and danced! No one wanted the night to end… but alas, Hawaii awaited! The magic of this night remains in the hearts of all who attended, and was handsomely captured by Eric Elliot. Special Treat: Chris & Jo’s Video Highlight
CATHEDRAL OF CHRIST THE KING
What a gorgeous Winter Wedding for this beautiful couple! A sultry evening was the perfect backdrop to this gorgeous summer wedding, designed by Kristine Polstra at Bold American. The bride’s love of magnolias was woven through the elements, and created a striking color palette of forest green and white with accents of gold. With The Moxie Band in full swing, exceptional cuisine by Chef Allie Underwood at Bold, and a sumptuous Pastry Shells cake adorned with hand-made sugar replications of the delicate magnolia bloom, all efforts were in to ensure this wedding was as magnificent as the two being married.
